Finalizing Details

We work closely with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the wedding day. This includes reviewing all vendor contracts and ensuring that everything is in order.

Creating a Timeline

As your coordinator we develop a comprehensive wedding day timeline, specifying when each event will take place, from the ceremony to the reception and beyond. We ensure that everything flows seamlessly.

Vendor Coordination

We will liaise with all the wedding vendors, such as the caterer, florist, photographer, and Band/DJ, to confirm arrival times, setup requirements, and any specific requests.

Ceremony and Reception Setup

On the big day, we will oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venues, ensuring that decor, seating arrangements, and other details are in place as planned.

Managing the Schedule

We keep an eye on the clock, making sure our couples stay on schedule and that everything happens when it's supposed to. This helps prevent unnecessary stress for our couple and their families.

Troubleshooting

We are experts in problem-solving and can handle any unexpected issues that may arise, whether it's a vendor delay, a last-minute change in the weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

Guest Assistance

We often serve as a resource for guests, helping them find their seats, locate restrooms, and answer any questions they may have.

Directing the Day

We will act as the point person for all vendors, ensuring that the timeline is adhered to and that everything runs smoothly. This includes directing the processional, assisting with transitions between different parts of the event, and ensuring guests are where they need to be.

Handling Emergencies

In the event of any emergencies or unexpected issues, we can guarantee we will remain calm and takes appropriate action to resolve the situation, sparing our couples from stress.
